- Once editorial, design, or formatting begins, payments are non-refundable.

- Non-refundable once work begins.
- If canceled before work starts, a 10% administrative fee may be withheld.
Authors Hub Subscription
- Non-refundable.
- Cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Exceptions
