- Authors Hub Subscription: Educational subscription for resources and tools. No guarantee of sales, distribution, or publication.
Payments & Refunds
- Non-refundable deposit required for publishing services.
- Once editorial, design, or formatting begins, payments are non-refundable.
- Authors Hub subscriptions are non-refundable; cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this site (articles, videos, templates) belongs to Presence Makes Perfect, LLC/Harbor & Stone Press.
- Authors retain rights to their manuscripts.
Limitations of Liability
- Harbor & Stone Press provides guidance and services but does not guarantee book sales or distribution outcomes.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
